Please can you send me a quote?

Yes, quotes are free of charge. You contact us on several platforms and we will respond with a quote within 48hrs.

GENERAL

Do the save the dates/invitations come with envelopes?

Yes, all of our stationery comes with envelopes and are included in the price.

Do you have a photo of this specific foil colour please?

if you require a specific photo of a colour, we are more than happy to send you over a photo of this.

SAMPLES

Can I change the text on this item?

Yes, all of our items can be customised to suit you wording.

Can I order a sample for this product?

Yes, all products have a sample listing you can purchase from or you can request a sample by contacting us directly.

Can you please send me a sample?

Unfortunately, all of our samples are not free of charge but can purchased at a slightly lower rate.

Can I personalise my sample?

Yes, all samples can be personalised with names or date only.

Can I request a specific pocket fold colour for my sample?

Yes, this can be noted at checkout and we will happily send you a preferred coloured pocket fold.

Where can I order a sample from?

Do you send proofs for samples?

Unfortunately not however we do provide you with a PDF for bulk orders. You can request a digital sample if you would prefer to speed up the process.

I have received my sample, please can I place an order?

Of course, you can contact us directly to discuss placing your order if you are unsure. However, you will find the listings under the specific pages where you can state all of your requirements.

PERSONALISATION

Can I personalise this design?

Yes, all items can be personalised except for samples.

We have a colour scheme, is it possible to tailor this product to include these colours?

Of course, you can contact us directly or note your preferred colours are checkout.

Is it possible to have our names in a different font?

Yes, all listing are provided with a font chart for you to choose your favourite font from. You will then see this through a PDF file.

I am unsure on how to word in my invitations, do you have any templates you can help me with?

We are always happy to help our clients with wording ideas and send over some examples to help ease the process. Please contact directly.

Can you print photos on the cards?

Yes photos can be printed as long as we have been provided with a high res file.

My personalisation won’t fit in the box provided, how do I send this across?

I don’t need an information card, can I swap this card for a menu card?

Yes, we tailor all of the items/wording to suit your wedding day.

Is there anywhere on the information card to include a map for directions to our venue?

We can print maps with directions providing we have been sent the image you would like to use.

Can I add a menu option on the RSVP card for my guests to note their menu options?

Yes, this will, more often than not, make the RSVP card double sided for your guests to note their food options.

Can I change the RSVP card to include more details?

Yes, we tailor all of the cards to your wording and, if necessary, we will make the RSVP bigger or double sided depending on your requirements.

Can I please add a song request to the RSVP card?

Yes, we can add a song request option onto your RSVP card if there is space.

I bought my save the date cards elsewhere, are you able to try match my invitations?

We are more than happy to try our best at matching to your previous stationery to help make your stationery match.

I require my items in a different language, is this possible?

Providing you have sent us the correct wording in the required language, we are more than happy to print our items in different languages.

MATCHING STATIONERY

Do you do menus/table names/place cards to match my invitations you created for us?

Yes, we can create all matching on the day wedding stationery to match your save the dates/invitations.

COMMUNICATION

I sent you an email, when can I expect a reply?

We aim to respond within 48hrs. If you have not heard from us within 48hrs, please forward your message again, sometimes emails can get lost in Spam folders etc. Please refrain from contacting over multiple social platforms.

PROOF'S/PDF’S

Will I see a proof before I receive my bulk order?

Yes, you will be provided with a PDF of your design within 3 days of purchasing to approve at multiple stages of the production process.

I’ve just made a purchase, when can I expect my PDF design?

You can expect your PDF design within 3 working days of purchasing (excluding weekends).

I haven’t received a PDF proof within 3 working days, please can you advise?

If this hasn’t been received within the 3 working days, this may just mean we are in extreme high demand and are making our way through digital files as fast as we can. This will not affect your lead time

DELIVERY

How quickly will I receive my order?

We state between 4-6 weeks. This is normally 4 weeks or sooner, 6 weeks at the busiest times of year such as December. You will receive an estimated completion and delivery date when approving your summary sheet.

I need my stationery order before the 4 week guideline, is this possible?

We do accept rush jobs at an additional cost. Depending on the bulk of the order, you can pay to have your items with you within 1-2 weeks.

My completion date states “09/09/2019”, it is now 09/09/2019 and I yet to receive this?

Please note that completion dates are estimated for completion of the production of your items and NOT delivery. We then package your items and have your items collected via several shipping services (Royal Mail Signed For & UPS Next Day, depending on the bulk of your order).

I received a delivery notification and the parcel still states ‘Pre-Transit’, could you please advise?

Should you unfortunately encounter any disruptions to your delivery, please contact the courier service you have been notified of by us and use the tracking code to refer to your parcel.
