Turnaround
Expect delivery in 3-10 working days depending on order complexity.
PDF Proofs
Orders consisting of more than 20 invites will receive a PDF artwork sheet for approval. (Not applicable on hen / bridesmaid or signage products).
Returns
As every order is customised we unfortunately do not accept returns. Once sign off of artwork and colours has happened we will only refund if your order is printed differently to that agreed upon.
Card stocks and colours vary to that on screen - we highly recommend a sample (or ask for photos) first if you are unsure.
